Our Puppy Performance package is structured for those owners and dogs with stronger drive and higher standards, and who don’t need significant help with potty or crate training. This is great fit for working lines capable of more advanced physical and cognitive training, owners who have an interest in canine competition or good off-leash skills later on, or future therapy dogs who benefit from specialized conditioning from a young age. No matter the context, your pup will be held to the highest standards, and you as a handler will be much better prepared to raise a dog with a purpose.
High-Drive: Your pup will learn sit, down, stay and come, but with added precision and speed. We can also develop a focused heel, low-impact beginner agility for competition work, or any number of skills that foster the natural abilities of your dog’s breed.
Service Dogs in Training: Dogs used for services like therapy or to held individuals with disabilities have a unique skill to remain calm and manage their own behavior in somewhat stressful situations, in addition to their skills to physically support or alert patients to medical issues. Often times, the AKC Canine Good Citizen or similar tests are a prerequisite for registered service or therapy dogs, and this course is a wonderful option to help prepare for those types of tests.
